David Heffner was a plumber for over 30 years before retiring in May 2022. He began his own plumbing company (Heffner Plumbing) in 2001. Most worked most of his 20 years by himself but briefly had employees. He readily admits some mistakes he made and regrets not including his wife in more of the business decisions. The good news is that he was able to start, grow and exit his business profitably.
