Andy is an owner of The Thompson Group, led by both Anson and Jenny, the firm has established an extreme point of difference in the insurance industry. After 30 years of serving his clients and various communities, he has learned it’s not about what we do, but who we are. When asked what he does he shares the following: “I’m a grandfather, father, husband, writer, teacher, and I own a small business.” Notice he doesn't include his industry, if business is going to happen it will happen, he doesn’t force the issue. He connects on the human level first and believes you will be successful beyond your wildest dreams.
